Prayer and Spirituality
Eucharistic Adoration
In the Most Blessed Sacrament of the Eucharist, Jesus Christ is truly and substantially present in His Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity. In the Eucharistic Presence, Christ remains mysteriously in our midst as the one who loved us and gave himself up for us. Eucharistic Adoration is an expression of our love and gratitude for Jesus who remains with us day and night in the Blesses Sacrament. It is our response to Jesus’ love for us, whereby each of us is willing to spend a quiet holy hour of prayer in His Eucharistic presence, currently every Friday from 12:30PM - 1:30PM.
