Fr. Jeffrey was born December 20, 1948 in Manhattan. He went to school in Ressurection Ascension School in Elmhurst, Queens, until he moved to Hampton bays at the age of 10 and attended Sacred Hearts of Jesus. He attended Mercy HS in Riverhead from 1962-1966, and attended St. Pius X in Uniondale from 1966-68, and he earned a BA in History from Cathedral College in Douglaston in 1970. He earnned a MDiv from Immaculate Conception Seminary in Huntington in 1974, and was a deacon at Holy Name in Valley Stream from 1974-75. From 1975-76, he was a deacon at St. Ann's in Brentwood. Fr. Jeffrey was ordained a priest in 1976. From 1976-84 he was an Associate pastor at St. Margaret of Scotland in Selden. From 1984-91, he was the associate pastor of Sts. Philip and James Parish in St. James. In 1990, Fr. Jeffrey recieved and MBA from Adelphi University in Management. From 1991-1999, Fr. Jeffrey was an associate pastor at Christ the King in Commack. From 1999-2000, Fr. Jeffrey was an associate at St. John the Evangelist in Riverhead, and arrived as pastor of Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary Church in 2000.
In his spare time, Fr. Jeffrey enjoys reading history, astronomy and the NY Yankees.
